Cocopeat

Cocopeat, also known as coir pith or coconut coir, is a natural fiber extracted from the husk of coconuts. It is a versatile and eco-friendly growing medium widely used in gardening and horticulture. This brown, spongy material retains moisture exceptionally well while maintaining good aeration, making it an ideal substrate for plant cultivation. Cocopeat is often used as a soil conditioner to improve water retention and promote better root development in plants. Its fibrous texture enhances soil structure, providing a balance between water-holding capacity and drainage.
